I live in Tucson and I practice primarily in Pima County, Arizona. Pima County is a large geographic area that includes many different courts. The Pima County Superior Court in Tucson. The Pima County Justice Court with courthouses in Tucson, Green Valley and Ajo. The municipal courts in Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita and South Tucson.
We also have an active trial practice in the Federal District Court in Tucson.
Less frequently we help clients with cases in neighboring counties Pinal, Cochise, Santa Cruz, Greenlee, Graham and Gila.
Our Appellate Practice includes post-conviction and direct appeals in the Arizona Courts of Appeal and Supreme Court. We also handle Federal Appeals, primarily in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. The 9th Circuit in addition to Arizona includes all of the west coast, Hawaii, Alaska, Montana, Idaho and Nevada.
We are licensed to practice in all of the courts in Arizona and in the Federal District Court for Arizona, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
